Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. Our SMS message frequency will range from 1 to 5 text messages daily across all users related to your service appointment, billing and leasing information.

 - Service appointments might require 3 text messages , alerting when they tech will arrive, if the technicians is late or if the service call has been completed or more work required.

 - Lease Renewals might require 2 what the renewal will be and that a lease has been sent.
